Once upon a time I offered a free session to a school as a gift for teacher appreciation.  The sweetest teachers assistant won it & two years later, I ended up photographing her daughters wedding!  Since I already knew her parents were awesome from their anniversary session (her dad even sends me home with the most delicious homemade cheese dip!), I knew the bride must be pretty amazing as well… and I was right!

There’s always one thing that stands out to me at each wedding, but at this one there were two: the gorgeous colors & how they tied in so well together, and the love & admiration between the two families blending together.  Both the bride & groom had kids going into this marriage, but they truly functioned as one family unit & it was just beautiful.

And as for the colors, let’s just say that if I were to get married right now, I’d want to just steal all the decorations from this wedding!
