Alyson + Bud’s wedding at The Vintager Inn was incredible!  Some of my favorite vendors were there and both families were so down to earth.  Let me tell you– families can absolutely make or break a wedding day!

From Toms shoes to a map of Charleston in the grooms boutonnière, Alyson put some really special details into their wedding day.  Charleston is super special to them, and I’ll let you hear the story from Alyson’s perspective:

“Bud and I first discovered Charleston, South Carolina together and completely fell in love with it! That is where he officially asked me to be his girlfriend and where he decided to propose to me, so Charleston will always have a special place in our hearts. He proposed to me on the Waterfront Park Pier in Charleston overlooking the sunset on the Cooper River.”

When it comes to vendors, Alyson really knocked it out of the park.  That wedding cake was to die for.  I don’t say that lightly.  It had Nutella in the filling!  It was absolutely incredible thanks to Incredible Edibles Bakery (the name really fits!).  I mentioned how much I love DJ Rodney Charles with Astro Entertainment earlier this week– he really is top notch.  And then Sarah Mitchell… oh my goodness.  She is truly an incredible coordinator.  Bright and cheery and so wonderfully helpful at every moment in the day.  A full list of vendors is at the bottom of this post!

It’s not often that you have cute table numbers that spell out the whole wedding date, but these were perfect.  🙂
