Chelsea + David flew in Thursday night and got in bed sometime after midnight… then were at the oceanfront for their engagement session at 5:45am on Friday!  Yes, that’s quite insane, but ohmygoodness look at the pictures!  Sunrise was totally worth the sleepy yawns and coffee overdose.  😉

When we first arrived I was surprised at how many people were already on the beach.  Being a night person, it made me just a tiny bit jealous of those morning people who enjoy getting up early and chasing the day.  It is quite serene that time of morning!  It wasn’t too hot, and it was quite a joy to see the sun rising over the water.  And… no tunnel traffic!

I absolutely can’t wait for Chelsea + David’s wedding in October!  They are both up for anything, and it made for an awesome session.  Sunrise, splashing in the waves, and getting soaked by the waves… it’s all in the pictures below!
