Sometimes I feel like I’m photographing movie stars.  For one, every couple I work with has this incredible chemistry.  I mean, they’re getting married, so I guess it’s expected, but it’s just so incredibly sweet!  But with Sarah + West, I felt like they were doing all the work and I was just hanging out with a camera!  West’s parents live on the James River and his mom has a green thumb, so it was the perfect spot for their engagement session!  They also have an incredible collection of seashells, which I absolutely used for the ring shot!

They’re getting married this September at one of my favorite venues up in Harrisonburg– Sunny Slope Farm!
