We traveled to the beautiful OBX for Marisa + Jeff’s wedding day! Marisa + Jeff met when they were both working at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science. After four years together Jeff surprised Marisa with a photo shoot and engagement on the beach. It was only fitting that they return to the beach to get married.

Pirate’s Cove Marina was such a great venue full of gorgeous spots for photos. We went down to the oceanfront for bridal party portraits and the first look.  The weather was so nice- not too hot and not too cold. A slightly overcast day meant there wasn’t sun in everyone’s eyes and we were able to get that gorgeous ocean in the photos! We were so glad to spend the day with this sweet, genuine couple (and you might even find a cute little dog in there, too)!
