If you’ve been around here any length of time, you’ve probably noticed that our couples tend to be lively and vibrant, yet down to earth and relaxed.  From the moment I met Alyson + Bud it was clear that we were a perfect match for their wedding.  Their smiles just go on for days, and they make each other laugh so easily!

At the end of each wedding day I think back on the defining moments of the day.   What made their day incredibly different and special?  For Alyson + Bud, I’d have to say their first look was one for the books.  The thrill and excitement leading up to it, the moment Bud turned around and his jaw hit the floor in awe of his beautiful bride… it couldn’t have been more perfect (No, no, I’m not saying everyone needs a first look– but for them it was perfect!).

Also?  Those dresses.  Incredible!  The bridesmaids had an ombre blue-green-mint look going on and it was just beautiful.  Classy and fun all at once.  And Alyson’s dress was stunning!  Check out the reception pictures near the bottom of this page– when she twirls, her dress just flows perfectly!

Venue: The Vintager Inn // Hairstylist: Lindsey Balson // Make-Up Artist: Tracy Gilland // Wedding & Bridesmaid Dresses: David’s Bridal // Shoes: Toms // Men’s Clothing: Men’s Wearhouse // Catering: Traditions Fine Catering // Cake: Incredible Edibles // DJ and Lighting: Rodney Charles of Astro Entertainment // Flowers: Black Iris Floral Events // Wedding Coordinator: Sarah Mitchell // Photography: Fowler Studios // Invitations: Vistaprint Bud’s father was their officiant which was so incredibly special.  During the ceremony, he asked their mothers to come up and give them one last hug before they were officially married.  Talk about a tear jerker!  It was so incredibly meaningful and precious.And then the beautiful grounds of The Vintager Inn.  We didn’t wander out too far because the ground was very soft from all the snow we’d gotten earlier that week, but there were still plenty of places to get some great photos.  I love this tree with the sunset behind it– the perfect setting!And here are those dresses we were talking about!  Aren’t they just beautiful!  I love how each color and style perfectly compliment the woman who was wearing it, as well as all the other dresses. They weren’t competing for who wore it best– they were just each incredibly gorgeous!Oh how that dress twirls so well.  <3Alyson’s sister gave a wonderful toast, then broke out in song!  And the rest of the bridal party chimed in as back-up singers.  They had an incredible medley of songs put together with re-written words just for Alyson + Bud!  It was absolutely perfect, and must have taken forever to put together!  They all sing really well, too!
Cake time!  This cake had Nutella as one of its fillings.  That was genius, and the most delicious thing ever!  Incredible Edibles Bakery is top notch!And we can’t forget some fun dancing pictures!  This crowd was on fire on the dance floor!
