We like living life to the fullest
Sometimes this job takes us to the coolest places, and Carson’s senior session is one for the books! He’s a senior and incredible baseball player at Cherokee High School in Canton, Georgia. He also happens to be Josh’s cousin and bears our favorite last name. 😉 We were in Georgia a few months ago but weren’t able to squeeze in a senior session, but miraculously we were able to meet him in Chattanooga later in the fall when we were down there for Lacey + Taylor’s wedding! Uncle Gene pulled a few strings and we got to use the Chattanooga Lookouts AT&T Field! Out of every place we’ve every shot, I think this stadium was one of the easiest we’ve ever worked with! Super friendly and accommodating, which made pictures flow smoothly.
I’ve tried to think about what to write about Carson. He was a little kid when I met him– maybe 6 years old? We always stay with his parents when we visit that side of the family and it’s always felt so natural and fun to hang out with them. As I was editing these images it struck me– one of my favorite memories was being in Georgia around Christmas and it started snowing outside. Carson was in a wheelchair, doing wheelies. At that time, we weren’t sure if Carson would be in a wheelchair for life or not. And now? Now it’s all a distant memory. He travels all around the southeast playing travel ball and has an incredible future ahead of him. Sure we’re biased, but we think Fowlers are pretty awesome!
