It’s no secret that we love bright colors and happy couples, which is why Alex + Shaoli’s engagement session is to die for!  These two are so full of life and fun– we had the best time hanging out.  Also, we lucked out with at 70 degree day in the middle of this dreary cold spring, and we are so thankful that it was the exact day of their engagement session!  We were warm and carefree, and are over the moon excited to do photo + video for their Cinco de Mayo wedding next month.  Their wedding will be an Indian and Jewish fusion wedding, with lots of fun celebrations all weekend!

And a special thanks to Hummingbird Macarons & Desserts for letting us use their gorgeous space for some photos!  We also made it to the Neon District in Downtown Norfolk, Freemason Street, Pagoda, and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront!

You might be wondering why there’s a piñata in this session… it’s their rescue piñata– almost like a pet!  But we left him out of a few photos and he was pretty sad (see below).  🙂
